On the first day of event ticket sales all available tickets are opened on the Ticketmaster system at the announced time. The Show Me Center box office, Ticketmaster outlets, phones, (573-651-5000) and Internet online orders, (www.showmecenter.biz) all have access to the pool of tickets. Access to these tickets are based on a "first come, first serve" basis across all ticketing locations. There is no seating location advantage by purchasing ticket at the Show Me Center.

Many of the major touring events have pre sales or exclusive sales to selected groups (fan club, subscribers) prior to the public on sale. These programs affect the availability of seating locations to the public on sale date.

All ticketing locations, except for the Show Me Center box office, charge convenience/service fees.

In most cases the ticket price includes sales tax and facility (parking) fee. On rare occasions when the facility fee cannot be added to the ticket, a parking charge will be collected in the parking lots.
